Torrent downloads better to have more seeds or leech

Make sure the firewall exception is on, or turn off the Windows firewall entirely. Again, do this from the connections screen of uTorrent options if you wish to add an exception. Hey, I used to get amazing torrent speeds in my new Internet connection. Don't know how but for a month, I got like mbps speed for torrents but I had an internet plan of 1mbps only.
